NDIS
At Support Link Services we work alongside individual, or plan managed NDIS participants to ensure you receive the optimal support and care that everyone deserves. We have a strong understanding of everything NDIS and can offer support through the consultation and coordination of NDIS plans.
We offer advice and consultation for those who are trying to establish a NDIS plan, prepare for a planning meeting or people who just want to understand and manage their plan better. Support Link Services offers advice on how to best advocate for you and your family’s needs with the NDIS. We offer short-term assistance to establish and put in place services required and also assist participants who are wanting to initiate a plan review because they are not happy with their outcome.
At Support Link Services we assist people with disabilities and their families to exercise choice, to pursue their goals and with the planning and delivery of their supports. This might include counselling, accessing psychological or physiological care, getting involved in the community and spending more time with their family. Others may require assistance to enroll in educational programs, with entering the workforce or returning to work, receiving the right assistive technology equipment or choosing support workers or carers that best meet your needs.
Whatever your NDIS plan involves, we are here to take the worry away from you and to make sure you receive the most out of your plan. If this sounds like what you are looking for, or if you have any questions, then please give us a call today.
If you choose us to coordinate your NDIS plan, then we place you at the centre of our service delivery and we will:
Begin by talking with you about your current needs and wants.
Offer an Assessment and evaluation of your needs.
Help you to really understand your plan.
Engage with all current service providers, in order to develop a strong and collaborative working relationship with them.
Work together to identify services and service providers which can help you.
Link you with additional service providers.

Closely monitor and oversee the plan and service providers to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Always offer support and guidance, particularly in times of crisis.
Gather all service reports at the end of your plan, ready for your new plan.

We can also assist you if your plan no longer suits your needs and if you have a ‘change in circumstance’.
